After weeks of searching, they finally catch the cat in a hidden corner of the castle. It is a massive, black feline creature with sharp claws and fangs. It looks at the villagers with a cold, calculating gaze before suddenly lunging at them. The authorities quickly subdue the cat and bring it to justice. The villagers are relieved to have the danger behind them, but they still fear that the curse will come back to haunt them.
