John Nordley, the captain of the Aloha, is a private charterer living on board his sailboat docked in Bemmouth, UK. He frequently breaks British law by sailing to destinations listed on his list that are not included within the country's territorial waters. One day, Mr. Anselm, a client, demands a week-long voyage from the east coast of Britain but insists on heading to Maasvlakte, Netherlands. He assures Nordley that there will be no illegal activities. However, this request plunges him and Nordley into a dangerous situation, attracting several parties eager to gain access to their secrets. They all try to get close to Nordley, forcing him to decide who can be trusted and who cannot.
