This is one of the greatest Mexican short films ever. It's easy to imagine the uniqueness of Mexico, by reading some history books, but this film offers a vastly different experience, capturing the spirit of the post-revolutionary era in Mexico. The film features labor unions, large-scale foreign companies' invasion, motherly love, and depictions of Mexican customs.
The masterpiece also incorporates Jaime Sabine's narration voice, adding depth to the allegories and metaphors throughout. However, accessing it might be challenging, as it's almost impossible to find a copy or locate it in Mexico. It's possible that it was restricted by the Mexican government during that time period.
