Inspired by surrealist art and Greek mythology, A Wounded Fawn follows the story of Meredith Tanning, a local museum curator who is dipping her toe back into the dating pool, only to be targeted by a charming serial killer. When a fateful romantic getaway between the two becomes a tense game of cat and mouse, both must confront the madness within him. Meredith Tanning was once a successful curator at a local museum. But now, she's back in the dating pool, trying to find love again after a long divorce. She meets a charming and charismatic man, but soon realizes that he's more than just a charming facade. He's a serial killer, and he's targeting her. One night, they go on a romantic getaway together, and it seems like everything is going smoothly. They spend time together, exploring new places, and talking about their hopes and dreams for the future. But as the night goes on, things start to get dangerous. The man starts to act strangely, becoming more and more violent and aggressive. He starts to stalk her, threatening her with violence if she doesn't do what he wants. And then, one day, he attacks her. Meredith is wounded and traumatized by the attack. She tries to escape, but the man is too fast. He catches her and holds her captive, keeping her locked up in his house. As she struggles to survive, Meredith realizes that the man is not just a serial killer. He's a madman, driven by an uncontrollable desire for revenge. And he's obsessed with her. In the end, Meredith escapes from the man's clutches, but not before she's left scarred and traumatized. And she knows that she'll never be safe again until she can confront the madness within him.
