The Richardson family in Northern California celebrates their 28-year-old daughter's pregnancy, but an unexpected visit from a Satanic cult member, Aksel Brandr, disrupts the celebration. On behalf of his cult, Aksel offers to buy the family's land for a large sum. However, Jacob Richardson, the father, rejects the offer due to the sentimental value of their home. Angered by this rejection, Henrik and his cult begin to curse the Richardsons, attempting to force them off their land even at the cost of murder. The Richardsons seek help from Marybeth, a white witch high priestess, who soon discovers a terrible secret about their home that reveals its value to the cult. Realizing they must protect their property from the cult, the Richardsons engage in a violent battle between good and evil.
