Peggy is an Indian girl with a unique upbringing, as she was raised by a Chinese mother. Despite this, Peggy often faces bullying and insults from her schoolmates due to her mixed heritage. One day, Marco, a young man from Hong Kong, moves in next door to Peggy's house. Initially, Peggy feels uncomfortable around Marco, but he quickly makes himself at home and starts to engage in friendly conversations with Peggy's family. Through some unexpected circumstances, both Peggy and Marco find common ground and begin to develop a friendship. As time goes on, Peggy and Marco gradually become more comfortable with each other, and their bond grows stronger. They share interests, jokes, and even plan outings together. Eventually, they fall in love with each other, much to the surprise of everyone around them. The story ends with Peggy and Marco living happily ever after, and their friendship blossoming into something much deeper.
