Angel, a member of a punk rock band in the apocalyptic future, is kidnapped by Mok, a legendary superocker. Obsessed with a dark experiment, Mok plans to use Angel's voice to summon a demon from another dimension. The rest of the band follows Mok to Nuke York in an attempt to get her back. As they approach the Nuke York facility, Angel is shocked to see Mok and his minions using the power of the nuclear reactor as a platform for their dark ritual. She tries to intervene, but Mok forces her to participate in the ritual, chanting ancient incantations that send bolts of electricity shooting out of the sky. Meanwhile, the rest of the band members are struggling to keep up with Mok's madness, with one member succumbing to the radiation poisoning. As Angel struggles to hold herself together, she hears a faint whisper in her ear that leads her to a hidden room deep within the Nuke York facility. There, she finds a mysterious figure dressed in black, who introduces himself as "The Shadow". He explains that he has been watching Angel's progress for years, and that he has a plan to stop Mok and save the world from the demon's grasp. With The Shadow's help, Angel learns how to harness the power of the nuclear reactor and summon a powerful demonic force to aid them in their fight against Mok. Together, they confront Mok and his minions, using the nuclear energy to unleash a devastating attack that destroys the facility and frees Angel from Mok's grip. In the aftermath, Angel and The Shadow work together to establish a new order in the world, where the power of the nuclear reactor is used for good rather than evil. They also discover that there are other survivors of the apocalypse, including a young girl named Lily, who had been left behind by her family when the world was destroyed. Together, Angel and The Shadow set out on a journey to find her and bring her into their fold.
