On June 30th, 2018, Officer David Serling went missing inside an undisclosed abandoned hospital. Using his recovered body cam footage, his wife attempts to piece together what happened to him on that horrible night.
The footage begins with Serling's wife, who is in tears, watching the police tape of the day he disappeared. She can see a man dressed in black standing outside the building, then disappearing into it. The camera shows her looking around the empty hospital room and then turning off the lights as she walks out.
She then sees a woman walking towards her, and they begin talking about the events of the previous night. The woman tells her that she had been in the building, but was attacked by a man dressed in black. She says that the attacker was wearing a mask and had a knife. She describes the attacker as tall and strong, and mentions that he had a scar on his face.
The woman also tells her that she saw Serling leaving the building, but didn't know if he was alive or dead. The woman says that she saw him leave the building with a woman, but doesn't know their relationship. She says that she saw the two men leave together, and that they were both carrying large bags.
The woman tells her that she saw the two men leave the building, and that she followed them. She says that she saw them walk down a street and then turn into a building. She says that she saw the man leave the building, but didn't know if he was alive or dead.
As she talks, the woman becomes emotional and starts crying. The woman says that she knows that Serling is alive somewhere, and that she will find him. She says that she will do whatever it takes to bring him home.
The footage ends with the woman saying goodbye to her husband, and then walking away from the camera. The footage is accompanied by a voiceover that explains that the woman was a nurse at the hospital where Serling was working. She says that she was trying to help him when he was attacked, and that she knew he would come back to her.
The footage ends with a shot of the woman walking away from the camera, and then fades to black.
