Gary Busey plays Buck, a former Vietnam veteran and ex-con who has just been released from prison. He returns to his childhood hometown in the Midwest, only to discover that it is now overrun by a large motorcycle gang intent on causing trouble. The gang members brutally murder his wife and traumatize his young daughter, Busey. To protect his family, Buck joins forces with another Vietnam vet and a drug kingpin living in Miami. Together, they arm themselves to the teeth and wage war against the motorcyclists, determined to destroy them once and for all.
