Three X drag queens have been saving their hard-earned money for years, determined to turn a profit by investing in real estate. They've managed to secure an apartment block as their latest venture, hoping to make a killing from the property's potential. However, all is not as it seems when a gruesome discovery is made: a dead body has been found inside one of the apartments. The shock and disbelief among the residents quickly turns into fear and panic, and many are eager to leave the building as soon as possible. The three drag queens know that they need to act fast if they want to save their investment and their reputations. They must find a way to convince the residents that there's nothing to be afraid of, and that they should stay put until the authorities arrive and investigate the scene.
