Actors rehearsing a show at a mysterious seaside theater are being killed off by an unknown maniac. The theater's manager, who is also the owner of the local newspaper, has been found murdered in his office. The newspaper's editor is next to be killed, but not before he manages to publish a warning about the killer. The police believe that the killer is still out there, and they are searching for him. But who could it be?
