《走读生》则描述了一名疲惫不堪的医科学生Gun，在除夕夜发现了女友的不忠，于是冲动地与一直暗恋他的四年级工科学生Per发生了关系。
Kongthup Prod., the producers of "Knock Knock Boys" and "Monster Next Door", have their next project all set. The project is a combination of two college romance novels written by I'm Mynt "Gown and Gear" (Gown and Gear เมียวิศวะมัน(ส์)ดี หรือหมอจะลอง) and “Extern” (EXTERN พี่หมอครับ! รับเกียร์แล้วเป็นเมียกูที).
