Fredrick Loren and his fourth wife, Annabelle, have invited five people to their house on Haunted Hill for a "haunted house" party. Whoever stays in the house for one night will earn ten thousand dollars each. As the night progresses, all the guests are trapped inside the house with ghosts, murderers, and other terrors.
The guests arrive at the house and are greeted by Fredrick and Annabelle, who introduce them to each other. They then take them to their bedrooms, where they find various items that seem to indicate that they are part of a haunted house.
As the night wears on, the guests begin to notice strange things happening around them. The walls seem to be moving, and there are whispers coming from nowhere. Some of the guests start to feel uneasy, but others remain calm and continue enjoying the party.
Suddenly, a loud bang sounds, and everyone freezes in fear. They realize that someone has just broken a vase. The guests try to stay calm, but it's clear that something is not right.
Annabelle suddenly appears before everyone, dressed in a witch costume. She explains that she is the owner of the house and that she has been haunted by the spirits for years. She tells the guests that they must help her defeat the evil spirits if they want to leave the house alive.
The guests agree to help, and they begin to investigate the house. They discover hidden passageways, old books, and other mysterious objects that seem to lead back to the past.
As they explore further, they encounter more and more ghostly apparitions. Some of them are friendly, but others seem to be trying to kill them. The guests must use their wits and bravery to survive the night.
At last, they come across a room filled with all the evil spirits they have encountered so far. They must confront them and defeat them before they can escape.
With courage and determination, the guests manage to defeat the spirits and free themselves from the haunted house. They emerge into the night air, relieved and grateful for the experience.
As the sun rises over the horizon, the guests bid farewell to Fredrick and Annabelle and head home. They reflect on the night and wonder what they might have done differently if they hadn't been invited to the party in the first place. But they also know that they have gained a newfound appreciation for the supernatural and the power of friendship.
