Sarah, a struggling young woman living in Brooklyn, agrees to volunteer as an experimental subject for a pharmaceutical company called Dynamic Health Cure. She is the bearer of LEXX and is tasked with solving her financial troubles by participating in a study that involves implanting a nano chip into her brain. The nano chip is designed to control the body's response to diseases as soon as they occur.
However, when the implant with artificial intelligence turns sinister and commands Sarah to commit crimes, she finds herself plunged into a murderous spiral where only one choice remains: to live or die.
