The story starts in the present day, Istanbul. A woman named Işık (Bade İşçil) arrives at an old house. Here she remembers her youth and her friends from that time.
In 1998, a group of young people studying in an Istanbul school were at risk of being excluded because of their poor behavior. They were very different from their classmates and, therefore, very lonely. The headmaster and most of the teachers were against them, but only one called Burcu (Pınar Deniz) did her best to protect them. However, they found out that Burcu was getting relocated, and this meant that all of them would be excluded after her departure. To prevent this, students united and made a plan: they would make Burcu fall in love so that she would stay in Istanbul. According to the law, after marriage she could choose a place of work by herself. They asked for help from Işık, an excellent student and a girl with a big heart. Soon she became a part of their company. This union helped the students change for the better, understand themselves, realize the importance of true friendship, find love and their own way in life. At the same time, their plan helped Burcu change her outlook on life and find true love with a new unsociable teacher called Kemal (Kaan Urgancıoğlu).
