简介：Doug and Helen Stilwin, a married couple, are vacationing in Mexico. While walking on the deserted beach, Doug accidentally gets his leg trapped under one of the logs. He is unable to free himself, and Helen rushes to get help by driving their car to the nearest town. Upon arriving, she finds that there is no one around. She then notices a man hiding behind a bush, who turns out to be an escaped criminal named Jack. He had been released from prison after being sentenced to life for murder. Jack grabs Helen and tries to escape with her. Helen struggles to escape but eventually manages to free herself. Jack chases her through the streets and into the nearby river. Just as she is about to drown, a police officer arrives and rescues her. Jack is arrested and taken away to prison. Meanwhile, Doug's leg is still trapped under the log. He manages to free himself using some tools he found on the jetty. He races back to Helen's house to find her safe and sound. They reunite, and the couple celebrates their safe return home.…
