简介：Series 7 of Doctor Who is set to air on BBC One from 2012 to 2013. The series will consist of fourteen episodes, with the first episode airing on 8 June 2011. The Eleventh Doctor, played by Matt Smith, will be returning for this entire season. Karen Gillan, who plays Amy Pond, is also confirmed to return for the series, as well as Arthur Darvill as Amy's husband, Rory Williams. In addition, a new companion character will be introduced in the Christmas Special. Jenna-Louise Coleman will portray this new companion. The Weeping Angels are a recurring threat in this series, and it has been announced that they will make an appearance in episode five.
