简介：Bouzid's sophomore film details the sexual awakening of Ahmed, a young French man of Algerian origins. His encounters with Farah, recently arrived from Tunis, paired with Arab erotic literature, forces him to reexamine his understanding of himself. Ahmed is a quiet and reserved young man who has never had any significant romantic relationships. However, as he starts to explore his sexuality, he finds himself drawn to Farah, a young woman from Tunis who has just arrived in Paris. Farah is different from anyone Ahmed has ever known. She is confident and assertive, and she immediately draws Ahmed into her orbit. As they spend time together, Ahmed begins to open up to her and share his thoughts and feelings about love and sex. But as their relationship grows, Ahmed begins to feel a sense of unease. He is drawn to Farah in ways he cannot fully explain, but he also feels a deep sense of shame and guilt at his own desires. He is unsure if he should pursue this newfound connection with Farah, or if it is simply a fleeting moment of passion that will pass.
