简介：Andrew Yancy (Vince Vaughn) has been bounced from the Miami Police Department and now works as a health inspector in the Keys. One day, he stumbles upon a case that begins with a human arm being fished up by tourists. Realizing this could lead to murder charges, he decides to investigate further. As he digs deeper into the case, he discovers that there are several people connected to it, including a local business owner named John (Jon Favreau), who is accused of stealing the arm. But before Yancy can bring him to justice, he encounters a group of strange characters who seem to be involved in the case. One of them is a man named Frank (Johnny Depp), who claims to be a voodoo priest and has been helping people with their problems for years.
