The official autopsy report reveals some key details that have never been fully understood before. - **Dr. Shepherd's Initial Assessment**: He begins by analyzing the physical evidence from the scene, such as the blood stains and the position of the body. He also examines the medical records, including any previous health issues or medications that could have contributed to Hutchence's death. - **The Role of Drug Use**: Dr. Shepherd discusses the potential role of drugs in Hutchence's death, especially cocaine and other substances found at the scene. He also analyzes the results of toxicology tests on Hutchence's blood, which may provide clues about his drug use. - **The Investigation's Gaps**: Dr. Shepherd points out several gaps in the investigation, such as the lack of eyewitness accounts or surveillance footage from the time of the incident. He suggests that these gaps could have affected the outcome of the case. - **Dr. Shepherd's Preliminary Hypotheses**: Based on his analysis, Dr. Shepherd makes several preliminary hypotheses about Hutchence's death.
